“Wow we don’t even know where to start, as you can imagine we have been in such a bubble ever since our big day. Our wedding day was everything we wished for and more. You guys are just amazing and we can’t thank you all enough, from our first day coming to view to the planning process to our big day, everything just ran so smoothly, you guys have been an absolute credit. Yous have helped us in so many ways. Yous have listened to everything we asked. And our day was beautiful because of that. Not only did we have the most amazing day, our guests did too, we have had so many comments back saying “it’s the best wedding I’ve ever been to” “that is how you do a wedding” “the staff were all amazing” “this venue is stunning” it’s just incredible, very overwhelming but we’ll be forever grateful for that. Big big thank you to you and David for being with us on the morning of our wedding making sure everything is running smoothly. Big big thank you to Alicia for all her help and support. And to every other Ellingham staff member present on our big day, thank you because without all of you guys we wouldn’t have had any of that! I wish we could just do it all again, it was perfect! Everyone pulled out all the stops at every opportunity to deliver the most precious two days we could have ever imagined. The full team was so organised and prepared from start to finish and all our guests were in awe of your beautiful venue.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived and we could never thank every last one of you enough for this. From the second we arrived we were made to feel welcome in the most amazing setting and everything from the atmosphere, grounds, food and drinks where just out of this world.

Finally can we give the most special thanks to you Debbie for having the most amazing eye for detail and coordinating all the finer things. For dealing with all my last minute changes (god knows there was plenty) and for being such a good support to myself through out the whole process. Your dedication and love for your job is evident for all to see and you are amazing! Nothing was to much much for you and you made me feel so comfortable and at ease during our discussions. “Ellingham was the second venue we looked at and as soon as we saw it we knew that’s where we had to get married. We travelled 2 hours to get here with many of our guests coming further than that. We were looking for a venue that could offer the whole day there and would suit a wedding of 33 people which most local venues around us didn’t. Our guests couldn’t believe how beautiful the whole place was and everyone commented on such an amazing find! There are no hidden costs and everything is clear on their website which seems to be a rarity when looking online at different venues.”

“We’ve had so many compliments from family about our wedding. Some of our guests hadn’t heard of Ellingham Hall before our weekend wedding. I think some guests were wondering why they were at a wedding the night before, as a lot of weddings are only one day. But everyone just absolutely loved it. The team at Ellingham were great. Matt received a lot of compliments on the Friday night. Lots of family said how great he was. In fact, there were loads of compliments about the entire team, they all did a fab job. And everyone complimented us on the food. My friend, Joanne, said it was the best wedding food she had ever tasted. We had just under 100 guests during the day of the wedding and that’s a lot of people to serve, especially with the choices. But it was all brilliant.”

“Staff have been amazing – friendly and accommodating. When we arrived for our wedding, we had a meeting which helped us outline the day and iron out things.

Alisha was amazing and went above and beyond setting out tables for our snacks we had brought and one of the barmaids went to buy dips as I had forgotten mine!

The morning of, Wendy and Debbie were amazing and Wendy was there for me when I needed tissues! The whole time was seamless and the day worked like clockwork thanks to the amazing team.”

We just wanted to say the biggest thank you for giving us the best weekend of our lives. From when we first stepped into Ellingham Hall in June 2022 we knew we wanted to be married there! It is truly the most magical place and the excitement we felt instantly was insane!

Throughout the whole planning process we could not have imagined having a better team to be working with. Communicating with you guys was so easy, and thank you so much for answering my endless questions constantly and reassuring me all the time haha!

The wedding tasting and open houses were fabulous in the build up and we just knew from these that our wedding weekend was going to be amazing!

On that Friday afternoon/evening on our arrival, we felt so comfortable and confident with everyone working at Ellingham. Everyone truly worked so hard to make us feel comfortable and relaxed prior to the big day.

Our wedding day itself was truly the best day of our lives. The way the co-ordinators worked with our suppliers and our plans to make sure everything was perfect was incredible. The food throughout the weekend was absolutely spectacular and we can not believe how insane the cocktails were! The whole venue is so beautiful and elegant and we couldn’t have imagined having our day anywhere else.

What truly set you guys above and beyond were all of your staff. You are truly the most incredible team who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best day, and we can never thank you enough.
