The Den

The Den, underground Games Room is a complimentary extra within your Two Night Wedding Experience.

It is the perfect space for having fun with family and friends and sets a great vibe the night before your wedding day. Or head underground until 2am, for a fun wedding after party when the bar closes at midnight on your wedding day.

This underground entertainment space has a unique industrial style, with neon lights, leopard print cinema seating and bare brick walls. Choose whether you wish to play a game of pool, table football, darts or maybe just chill in front of the TV and enjoy your favourite Netflix show.

The Den also features its own music system and has everything you need for an evening of laughter and creating special memories.

After Dark

When a wedding day has been this good, we wouldn’t want it to end either!

That’s why we offer you the option to extend your party from midnight until 2am in our After Dark secret party chamber.

When the clock strikes midnight, you and your resident guests can access the underground chamber, when an After Dark drinks package is pre-ordered.

This secret space is fitted with a dancefloor, music system, funky neon lighting and stylish booth seating upholstered in flamboyant fabrics from British Designer Emma J Shipley.

Party the night away and satisfy those late-night cravings with our midnight munchy menu.

We chose Ellingham Hall due to wanting a full weekend to celebrate such a special moment. We got married at our local church on the Friday before heading up to celebrate Friday night surrounded by all of our family and the following day Saturday surrounded by our friends and family. We wanted a party vibe and we got that. The fact that it was 4 days before Christmas made it even more magical. The Ellingham team went out there way to make sure everything went so smoothly throughout the weekend, nothing was an issue. Special mention to Hannah who was always there to help whenever we needed her. I wish we could relive full weekend again!

“We can’t begin to thank everyone at Ellingham hall for making our wedding the most beautiful and memorable day.

We got married at the beginning of December and went for a 3 day wedding, Friday-Sunday. Ellingham was transformed into a winter wonderland with its beautiful Christmas decor. The Friday night was so lovely to be able to spend time with all our loved ones together before the big day.

The team were so friendly and really felt like an extension of our wedding party/guests. You’re truly made to feel like the venue is your home. Everyone was so attentive and the whole weekend was stress free and the wedding ran smoothly despite the threat of a storm!

We loved how the wedding day didn’t have to end at 12am and could continue the celebrations into the night in the Hall’s secret club/den which was highlight for us.

We also have to mention how incredible the food was the whole weekend and how easily they catered for our guests dietary requirements.

Everyone who attended the wedding continues to speak about how it was the most beautiful wedding they had experienced. Ellingham hall is truly a magical place and we wish we could do it all again!

What a beautiful venue! Me and my partner just got married at Ellingham and we could not have chosen a better venue. From booking the venue, to our special day everything was just amazing. Staff have been so great with us and were always there to answer any questions we had leading up to our day. Our special day ran smoothly thanks to all the staff here and all the staff were just so nice from start to finish. At Ellingham Hall you remember everything, from the beautiful quirky venue which has retained its historic features, the friendly staff, great service and the delicious food and amazing coffee! The meeting room had good light and was the perfect size for our event. It was lovely to have use of the comfortable reception rooms too for breaks and lunch. I was very impressed with the extra spaces such as the basement games room and rooftop networking terrace.
