Our Executive Head Chef Chris Allison has been head chef at many of the region’s best regarded restaurants such as Six Baltic, Treacle Moon and Fisherman’s Lodge as well as working further field in other prestigious establishments in Scotland, Manchester, Leeds and London. We like to source ingredients and supplies from the amazing range of producers and suppliers in Northumberland where possible, creating menus using fresh, local produce. Whether you’re a foodie who wants to give ideas and input or you’d like the stress free option of allowing us to make suggestions, offer our expertise and create plans for you based on your needs, you can feel sure that we will create memorable food for you and your guests. We also have a wide range of experience in dealing with food allergies, medical conditions and other dietary requirements and can also create menus in a range of ethnic and cultural styles.
