If you’re planning a celebration or event as part of your Private Hire of the hall, you may need assistance with catering and will want to make sure that you have everything you need and all of your wishes are taken care of.
We have a range of options and menus available, everything from sit down meals and hot and cold buffet, canapés, barbecues, and much needed full English and continental breakfasts for the morning after a big party, we can provide everything that you need.
Our Executive Head Chef Chris Allison has been head chef at many of the region’s best regarded restaurants such as Six Baltic, Treacle Moon and Fisherman’s Lodge as well as working further field in other prestigious establishment in Scotland, Manchester, Leeds and London.
We like to source ingredients and supplies from the amazing range of producers and suppliers in Northumberland where possible, creating menus using fresh, local produce.
We also have a wide range of experience in dealing with food allergies, medical conditions and other dietary requirements and can also create menus in a range of ethnic and cultural styles.
